Dear Member,

 

Last year’s summer sessions again proved to be a huge success, and owing to popular demand we’re delighted to announce their return again for the fifth year running throughout the summer holidays at the North Swindon Library.  These sessions can be booked on an individual basis, so if you are going away on holidays, you can just book and pay for the sessions you can attend.  Please note, you do not have to be a regular member in order to attend our summer sessions, friends and family are welcome.  We are offering 12 places in each session at the cost of £4.00 per child (£3.20 for a sibling).  The sessions will run over 4 weeks from Tuesday 2^nd August to Friday 26^th August 2011 (excluding Friday 5^th) on the following days/times (please see below for full list of dates):-

 

Tuesdays – 10.45am (toddlers), 11.20am (babies),

Thursdays – 10.10am (toddlers), 10.45am (toddlers), 11.20am (babies)

Fridays – 10.10am (toddlers), 10.45am (babies)

 

Bookings will be taken on a first come first served basis.  Fees are payable in advance – regrettably we are unable to provisionally hold spaces pending payment.   Once you have paid and returned your completed booking slip, your space will be automatically booked, unless you hear otherwise from Baby Boppers (if for instance that particular session you requested is full, in which case we will endeavour to offer you an alternative session) – so please keep note of your dates!  Please pass payment - cash or cheque payable to Baby Boppers Ltd – together with completed booking slip to your session leader in a named envelope, or alternatively send to

PLEASE NOTE, NORMAL SESSIONS RESUME AT ALL OF OUR REGULAR VENUES/DAYS/TIMES        WEEK COMMENCING MONDAY 5^TH SEPTEMBER 2011 FOR A 7 WEEK TERM - FEES DUE £28.00      (£22.40 FOR A SIBLING OVER 6 MONTHS).
